About the Center

The Center for Eye & Laser Surgery was established by Dr. Elba Pacheco in 1999. It was created as a boutique practice to provide discriminating patients with an intimate, unhurried environment in which to seek the best in eyelid surgery and facial rejuvenation services available. Today, with the broad array of treatment options available, our goal is to simplify both the information and your choices. We have selected every treatment offered, based on the best science available. For example, we offer both Restylane and Juvederm which are safe and effective dermal fillers. No other filler in the market is as safe or as effective, so we have eliminated all the less desirable fillers, simplifying your choice. We have also selected Fraxel, Thermage, Botox, IPL-Photorejuvenation, and medical skin care products for our choice menu.

Our highly trained, friendly staff is always available to answer questions, clarify instructions and assist you with your scheduling needs, Monday through Friday, 9AM- 5PM.
